Orbit Infrastructure Industries have established a manufacturing unit to produce RCC Pipes both NP3 and NP4 classes in sizes varying from 300 mm to 1800 mm in the lengths of 2.5 M.

These pipes are being manufactured by the process of Vertical Vibrated Casting Technology using Dry cast methodology (zero slump).

Our Technical Collaborators are M/s.HAWKEYE –IOWA-USA, manufacturers of the Pipe Plus Plus Machine, Moulds and other equipments to produce different concrete products like RCC pipes. These Hawkeye Machines have 80 to 90% population in USA and Canada.

Circular Concrete Pipes, being structurally and hydraulically efficient, are ideal for wastewater disposal and also toxic materials do not leach through them.

Products are tested in accordance to the Standards set by the Indian Standards Institution (IS 458: 2003 and IS 3597: 1998) and ensure that the products that leave the manufacturing facilities withstand the service conditions for a long time. We have a lot of emphasis on quality and always strive to maintain high quality standards. We have already obtained ISI certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS No. CM/L 3657371).

During manufacturing, proper tests for cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and slump test & compressive strength are conducted for the concrete utilized in the production of the pipe.

The following tests are conducted on a lot of 50 pipes.
